BEEF

The beef cattled and butchered in Cyprus from the best cattle-raisers on the island. The fact that we are daily delivered with beef ensures that the freshness and savor can be guaranteed. Only young aged breeding animals are selected so that the best quality can be offered.

We are additionally weekly supplied with cavles from the most known French suppliers so that our range of variety is widened.

LAMB

The lamb offered in our Butchery section is bred in Cyprus from the best local goat-herds on the island. The lamp supplied is strictly selected so that its weight does not exceed the limit of 16 kg. The lamps are naturally raised as they browse in the countryside.
